Account and sign-up information, such as your name, email address, and the role you select (coach, trainer, or athlete).

Information you enter while using the platform, such as training programs, athlete details, and related coaching data.

We also collect limited information automatically when you use our site, including general usage data, device and browser type, and pages visited. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.

To provide, operate, and improve the platform and our services.
To create and manage your account, including beta access.
To respond to your questions and communicate with you about the product.
To understand usage patterns and improve the experience.
To protect the security and integrity of our services.

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate Performify. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:

Authentication is handled through Auth0 (an Okta company), which manages secure login and account credentials.
Contact form and sign-up submissions may be collected and stored using Google services, including Google Sheets.
We use product analytics tools, such as PostHog, to understand site and product usage.
Our site and app are hosted through third-party infrastructure providers.

Each provider maintains its own privacy practices governing how it handles data.

Cookies and Analytics

We and our analytics providers may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how some features work.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure authentication through Auth0. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Performify is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated through the site or by email.
